Languagelab.com, at the forefront of life based learning in Second Life is looking for an experienced, talented academic manager to join a highly dynamic team who are defining excellence in teaching and learning in virtual worlds.

Working alongside the Director of Education and closely with customer service, content creation and marketing functions to ensure the smooth and scalable delivery of high quality English language classes in Languagelab. Must be committed to the growth of the Languagelab as the leading provider of language training in Second Life and the development of a varied and high quality curriculum.

Requirements
10 years experience in EFL / ESL of which 3 in supervisory or management positions. You have probably done a demanding DOS role and have led on meeting the criteria of an external quality review audit

We are looking for someone either based in the UK or in the US or Latin America with a minimum 5 hour difference from the UK. If US or Latin America, must be located in a city with sizeable ESL sector and excellent transport links. Reliable, high speed broadband essential.
