Work in a residential language school this summer!

The Centre Director (CD) is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the centre.

Working as a CD, you will be expected to take on and successfully handle a demanding workload which involves implementing, participating and monitoring all aspects of the Ardmore Summer School Programme. You will create a strong and clear line of management ensuring that all staff are motivated and carry out their role and duties to a high standard.

You will also ensure that high levels of student safety and welfare are maintained with particular attention given to individual students.

Requirements

• Summer school experience is essential.
• Must have the ability to lead, manage a team and thrive in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Must be fully committed to providing a high quality holiday experience for our students in a mature and responsible manner.
