Work in a residential language school this summer! 

The Centre Director (CD) is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of the centre. The CD is expected to take on and successfully handle a demanding workload which involves implementing, participating and monitoring all aspects of the Ardmore Summer School Programme. The CD will create a strong and clear line of management ensuring that all staff are motivated and carry out their role and duties to a high standard. The CD will ensure that high levels of student safety and welfare are maintained with particular attention given to individual students.

Requirements

• Summer school experience is essential. 
• Must have the ability to lead, manage a team and thrive in a high pressure environment.
• Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
• Must be fully committed to providing a high quality holiday experience for our students in a mature and responsible manner.
