Work in a residential language school this summer! 

The Director of Studies (DOS) is responsible for the implementation, smooth running, administration and, ultimately, successful delivery of all aspects of the Summer School Academic Programme.

Working as a DOS, you will manage the teaching staff to create a positive, enthusiastic team to deliver a high quality programme.

You must ensure that every student benefits from their lessons by providing guidance and support on all aspects of lesson preparation and delivery. You will also lead the Induction Day for EFL teachers.

Requirements

• DELTA recommended
• Minimum CELTA / Trinity TESOL
• Over 3 years full time EFL experience is essential.
• The ability to lead and manage an academic team with excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Previous summer school/residential experience is recommended.
