Description
Oxford Vision is currently looking for well-qualified ESL teachers (and Teacher-Trainers) in Ankara (Turkey’s capital), and neighbouring cities for the remainder of the 2011-12 school year. Qualified non-native English speaking teachers are welcome (though in these non-native positions the schools have a strong preference for Muslim teachers).
Teachers will give 25 lessons per week, spread out over a standard 5-day work week. The students will be primary & secondary school children (all grades), and for this reason we must insist on teachers with experience in kids' classrooms. Teaching materials will always be provided by the school.
A flight allowance of US$500 will also be given, plus health insurance, visa support and $300 extra per month for accommodation expenses.
Requirements
- Degree educated graduate
- 1-2 years or more teaching experience.
- CELTA (TEFL) or similar
