Description
We are looking for TEFL teachers to work at our centres all around the UK, as well as in France and Ireland in April and in June, July and August.
The job involves teaching English to groups of up to 15 students, focusing on improving their spoken language by putting the fun back into language learning.
You will also be responsible for helping to organise social, leisure and sports activities as required, supervising them on excursions and being responsible for their general welfare.
Residential positions are available in Leicester, Skegness and Berry (France) where full board accommodation is provided. Staff at these centres are required to work 6 days a week on a varied shift pattern. This would suit an outgoing person who is looking for a challenging but rewarding role.
Homestay positions are available in King’s Lynn, Mallow (Ireland), Milton Keynes, Northampton, Nottingham, Peterborough, Plymouth, Wisbech and York. Candidates need to live near the centre and are required to work days a week, choosing between teaching only and full time roles.
Requirements
All candidates are required to have a TEFL certificate or degree minimum and previous experience in a similar role is welcomed. A passion for teaching is essential as is an enthusiastic and positive outlook.
We require all applicants to attend an interview and all successful candidates need to obtain an enhanced CRB disclosure before starting work for Anglophiles.
