Non-Residential EFL Teachers

Description

As a local teacher at UK Study International you will be responsible for the delivery of dynamic, informative and fun English lessons. As well as working on your own initiative, you will work closely with the Head Teacher to assist in all aspects of the successful delivery of the academic programme.

Your working hours will be from 9 am to 5pm.  You will assist the Head Teacher in the entry tests, grouping of students, lesson preparation and progress monitoring of classes.

While making lesson stimulating as well as enjoyable emphasising on Spoken English and Culture, you will be required to keep a lesson diary, class register, assessment records for each student and to complete the end of course student evaluation form.

In addition to the above, Local Teachers are expected to participate in afternoon activities and accompany staff and children around the local area. You will also be expected to go on our exciting excursions when requested.

Requirements

Mother Tongue English speaker holding any of the following Certificates: TEFL, CELTA, TESOL, BA QTS or equivalent teaching qualification are essential.

Minimum one year of experience in teaching young learners between the ages 11-18 is required.
