Recreation Directors

Description

Are you a qualified and experienced teacher of PE, with good management skills? Do you have experience of organising excursions?

We are looking for Recreation Directors who'll have overall responsibility for the recreation programme, which includes on-site campus activities and off-site excursions. 

At each centre, you'll be supported by at least two experienced Sports Instructors and have access to high quality leisure facilities. These have been pre-determined by the Windsor office in advance of courses, as has the schedule of recreation activities. Arriving at the centre before students, to prepare for the beginning of the course, and having attended a briefing in Windsor, you'll also get extensive support from the head office in Windsor, the Operations Coordinator and also a detailed senior staff handbook.

Requirements

Ideally, Recreation Directors will be qualified and experienced teachers of P.E.. They should have a proven track-record in recreation administration and will have worked with the age range of the students at the centre they are applying for. 

You should have the personality and skills to engender in staff a positive attitude to supervising activities and to create a safe and stimulating environment in which students enjoy themselves.

Free full board accommodation is provided.

All staff are paid an additional 12.12% of their stated salary as statutory holiday entitlement, and also work an average six-day week.
